Privacy Policy

Reesa is operated by Forte Apps LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Reesa mobile app, the Reesa agent dashboard at platform.reesaapp.com, and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and account type (agent, client, lender, title, or notary).
Transaction and client information. Agents and their teams enter information about their clients and transactions, such as client name, email, phone number, birthday, preferences, notes, property address, contract dates, and milestones. If you are a client, your agent controls this information and we process it on their behalf.
Partner profile information. Lenders, title officers, and notaries can add a company name, phone number, website, application link, and short bio that their teams and clients can see.
Support requests. If you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Technical information. Our servers keep standard request logs (such as IP address, device and browser type, and the time of a request) for security and troubleshooting.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not show ads or use advertising identifiers.
- We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in the app.
- We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or photos.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To show clients their transaction timeline and connect them with their agent and the partners on their deal.
- To send account emails, such as verification and password reset codes.
- To respond to support requests.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
How information is shared
Information is shared within Reesa only as needed for the service to work: clients see the dates and contacts their agent shares with them, agents and their teams see their own clients and transactions, and partners see the transactions they are assigned to. We use a small number of service providers to run Reesa, including Railway (hosting and database) and Resend (email delivery). They process information only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the Reesa app under Profile → Delete account, or by contacting support. Deleting your account permanently removes your login, profile, and sessions. Records that an agent keeps about their own clients and transactions belong to that agent's team and are not deleted when a client deletes their app account; contact your agent to ask about those records.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Session tokens on your phone are kept in the device's secure storage.
Children
Reesa is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices and rights
You can view and update your information in the app or dashboard, delete your account, and ask us for a copy of your information or to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, contact support.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
